Ricardo Josuá is a partner and CEO at Pismo, a RedPoint e Venture invested Fintech, implementing payment technology backend for large banks and retailers across the country. At Banco CSFB Garantia’s M&A group, Ricardo worked in high profile deals in the retail, banking and energy industries. Moving to his own enterprises, Ricardo developed extensive experience in innovation and technology solutions in start-ups, having co-founded Conductor, acquired by Riverwood and VISA, VGM, a structured finance business and Via Lettera, an EdTech consultancy business. At Via Lettera, Ricardo lead education and literature initiatives, launching a podcast and literary magazine with the same name. Ricardo also developed large scale education technology innovation projects at Somos Educação, Anima Educação, and BandTech Digital School, focusing on creating and implementing digital tools that included 21st century, competency based 21st learning management systems.
Ricardo pursued a Masters in Education, focused on Public Policy and Pedagogy at Faculdade de Educação da Universidade de São Paulo (FE-USP) and is an author, having released his novel, Desabandono, in 2013. Ricardo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, São Paulo (FGV-SP).
