Juliana Ferrari
Educational Development Manager

Juliana Ferrari is the Educational Development Manager at Camino Education, responsible for planning and implementing our pedagogical model and methodological strategies, for both our proprietary schools and partner schools. Having worked as a Public Policy Analyst at Somos Educaçao, as content developer at Instituto Somos and as Pedagogical Consultant at TuneEduc, Juliana was able to deeply understand the structure and relationship between assessment and pedagogical methodologies. As a professor, she has taught postgraduate courses in Social Psychology at Universidade Paulista (UNIP-SP) and designed coursework for teachers focused on Strategy and Creativity in Social Projects Administration as well as Planning and Elaboration of Social Projects.

Juliana has developed her own global education research project – Teachers of the World – having travelled to 30 different countries and visited dozens of schools from a wide range of pedagogical methodologies and educational realities, from disruptive innovative models to traditional content centered ones. Learning first hand what successful schools need to promote a transformative, quality education to its students in the 21st century while still accounting for their individual identities, her work with teachers around the globe informs her teaching and learning proposals for our Camino school and our partners.

Juliana has a Master’s Degree in Psychology – School and Human Development from Instituto de Psicologia da Universidade de São Paulo (IP-USP) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP).
